Honest, knowledgeable, and prompt

I first had Vast help me get my home theatre set up and update the wired and wireless networking conditions in my home. They were prompt to come out and walk through my home with me and listened to what I wanted and to what I envisioned, taking notes along the way. I didn't feel like I was being sold. They were quick to make suggestions that would help me achieve the same results I had in mind and some suggestions even came in at lower costs than I had originally planned. The bid came through quickly and was very easy to follow. The different equipment I was putting in the different rooms were separated along with the estimated labor and hours associated with each room and the over all bid. They came in a little under their hourly estimate which is a breath of fresh air in the service industry and updated me along the way about the progress, the roadblocks they ran into while retro wiring my theatre room, and they had solutions to the things they encountered. I have since had them add a Control4 home automation controller in my master suite, and downstairs living room and they have helped me set up a whole home audio system as well. I'm going to have them start on my lighting next and help me maximize what real home meets technology integration can do. I highly recommend these guys and have already sent several referrals their way. I felt like they treated me like a person and not a money bag. They took my vision and improved it without adding unnecessary up-sales and equipment along the way. Vast is awesome.
